By placing orders with PaliMex Distributors website, you are entered into a purchasing agreement contract and agree to the following terms.

• You are the Owner, Manager or the person in charge and have of the permission on behalf of your place of business to place this order.
• You agree to pay for purchased items on Delivery with your approved Terms.
• You agree to Purchase the items added to this order/shopping cart.
• Orders places and canceled are subject to a restocking fee 3% or $50.00 whichever is greater.
• NSF Checks are subject to a $50.00 plus 3% monthly till Invoice is Paid In Full.
